Neqou Soqluman

Neqou Soqluman is a member of the Bunun people and the Kalibuan indigenous community, which has a direct view of the sacred Tongku Saveq (Jade Mountain). Exceptionally skilled at magical realism, he has written fiction and non-fiction novels, essays, poetry, and picture books. In addition to winning several local literary awards, his picture book My Hunter Grandpa: Dahai and the Black Bear was also included in an elementary school textbook. His most representative work is the two-volume fantasy novel The Legend of Tongku Saveq.
