Tseng-Chiao Hsu graduated from National Taiwan University with a degree in Veterinary Medicine. Her career includes roles as a research assistant, veterinarian, elementary school teacher, and full-time mother. She is now dedicated to creating picture books. Passionate about nature, small animals, and gourmet food, her works include Mom! The Story of the Ecological Pond, The Mysterious Beetle, Taiwan Ecological Treasure Hunt, Wilderness Wanderings, Benjamin Makes Rice Balls, Climbing the Mountain with Dad, The Mouse at the Baseball Field and Gifts from the Forest.
