Sarah Ozolnieks is a literary translator based in South Korea.

She studied linguistics and Chinese language in Göttingen and Taipei (NCCU) and finished her Master degree in German translation in Bonn and Beijing. She has placed highly multiple times in translation contests and participated in various workshops of the Deutscher Übersetzerfonds and the China Writers Association.

Since 2024, she has been working as a freelance translator and interpreter, specializing in comics, novels und subtitles, ranging from light-hearted comedy to hard science fiction.
