KuoKuo is the founder of Change Formula, an NGO that supports at-risk children and their caregivers. KuoKuo is a former social worker at Chen Chou Children’s Home and a Teach for Taiwan (TFT) alumnus, and has experience in counseling, criminology, and English studies. Having grown up in a family affected by schizophrenia and later working as a teacher, KuoKuo gained valuable insights from supporting children. He believes that thriving in childhood requires both luck and strong support systems.
